At age 5, whilst studying a map of the world with his mother, the young John Shorter questioned the feasibility of transferring the contents of the Atlantic Ocean into the Pacific - with a spoon! This was an early indicator of his philosophy that anything might be possible given enough time and determination. Fortunately, in business, the scale is a lot more manageable and the target - success - eminently attainable to those who seek to achieve it, One Spoonful at a Time. Business can be a Maze, but only you can make it Amazing!
As it happens, my particular chosen field happened to be financial services but the problems and challenges which I encountered on my journey would have been very much the same whatever trade or profession I might have chosen."
