(NY), 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 inches tall brown and blue cloth hardbound, no dust jacket, silver lettering to spine, illustrated with black-and-white drawings, 40 pp. Slight soiling, rubbing and edgewear to covers. Very slight abrasion to upper edge of front pastedown and free-endpaper. Otherwise, a very good copy - clean, bright and unmarked, Scarce; OCLC has no listing. ~L~ Likely prepared for the initial investors, a history of The Abingdon, a building with ten homes of considerable size on Abingdon Square Park in Manhattan's West Village. Hudson Street, West 12th Street, 8th Avenue, Bethune and Bleecker Street each touch the park's perimeter. Overlooking the trees, tulips, and bluestone stands The Abingdon, a Georgian-inspired building. This brief history was produced in 2012, as developers renewed and reimagined The Abingdon as ten elegantly designed homes ranging in size from 3250 sq. ft. to 9600 sq. ft.
