What carries you when technique no longer works?
What remains when pressure arises?
How do we act clearly when mind, emotion, and body are all challenged at once?
This book explores these questions — not theoretically, but from lived experience in martial arts, teaching, and everyday life.
Shin · Gi · Tai · Ichi is a traditional principle from Budō. It describes the unity of
mind (Shin), technique (Gi), and body (Tai) — connected in the moment of action (Ichi).
This book brings that timeless understanding into the present: into modern training, education, leadership, and daily life.
This is not a technical manual.
It is a book about attitude, presence, and responsibility.
You will discover:
why wholeness matters more than technique
how Shin · Gi · Tai · Ichi is lived in the teaching of the RoninZ Martial Arts School
how children learn through experience — not explanation
how adolescents and adults remain capable of action under pressure
how martial arts extends beyond the dojo into everyday life:
in work, relationships, conflict, and stress
At its core, this book is not about optimization, but maturation.
Not perfection, but coherence.
This book is written for:
martial artists seeking depth
instructors, educators, and coaches
parents who want to strengthen their children for life
individuals who wish to cultivate clarity, stability, and inner calm
It is for anyone who does not simply want to train — but to live consciously.
Martial arts begins
where you stop fighting the moment.
Shin directs.
Gi shapes.
Tai carries.
Ichi unites.
This book invites you to walk this path —
not faster, not better, but more whole.
