See What You Believe
Shift is a treasure trove of contrarian yet biblical approaches to ministry that will help you rewire your approach on doing church. These pages are beyond challenging—giving you tried-and-true, practical ways of implementing specific shifts to your ministry focus.
If you are tired and frustrated with living the status quo, this book is for you. It will lift you up, inspire your vision, feed your thirst for application-based truth, and give you a road map of how to do ministry more effectively. If you are like the author, then you are thankful, but not satisfied. Shift is for the unsatisfied ones of this world. It’s for you!
“For years, Exponential has championed the Level 5 language for multiplication. Many church leaders have found it inspiring but very difficult to attain. Dietrich’s twelve shifts are designed to help you think practically about what’s hindering multiplication in your local church or movement.”
— Ed Stetzer, Jeff Christopherson, and Daniel Yang, Send Institute
“With the savvy of a seasoned veteran, the wisdom of a sage, and the creativity of a think-tank researcher, Dietrich Schindler challenges us to counterintuitively rethink our approach to church planting.”
— Craig Ott, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, coauthor Global Church Planting
DIETRICH SCHINDLER and his wife, Jan Carla, have spent thirty-five years planting churches in Germany. Dietrich is the author of The Jesus Model: Planting Churches the Jesus Way (Piquant, UK), is on the board of Exponential Europe, is a sought-after conference speaker, and is “thankful, but not satisfied.”
