He feels calmer and happier, finds more friends, and at last knows that everyone doesn't think he's a bad little turtle. About the Author: Deborah Moss was inspired to write Shelley when her son was diagnosed with ADHD at age six. At the time there were no books available that helped explain AD/HD to young children so she decided to write her own. She lives with her family in Springdale, Arkansas.
