Item description from seller

Sheet music. Folio. Single bifolium with a single-sheet-insert making six pages. Bifolium splitting a bit at the bottom of the fold, light edgewear, bumping to the corners, toning, and rubbing to the exterior, still a very good and complete copy. For voice and piano. Plate imprint, "5415 - 4 Throw Me a Rose." *Miss Springtime* was adapted from the Hungarian musical, *Zsuzsi kisasszony* (Miss Susie), and opened at the New Amsterdamn Theatre. Some copies of this song print the musical's title as *Little Miss Springtime*, but both *Playbill* and *Internet Broadway Database* list it as *Miss Springtime*, why the publisher did this is unclear.
