Hard back binding in publisher's original ivory white paper covered boards, maroon title and lettering to the spine. 8vo. 9'' x 6''. Contains [xvi] printed page introduction followed by the unpaginated facsimile. Two small nibbles to the edges of the front cover, light surface soiling to the pale covers, without any ownership markings and in Very Good condition book, no dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A.
