A little creasing, corners slightly bumped. Ex-library with minimal stamps. Text is bright, clean and unmarked. "Keyes, a private investigator, is waiting to meet a business contact in a down-town bar when he overhears a domestic murder being planned in an adjacent booth. When the intended victim shows up at his office she is not the sadistic call-girl that he'd expected. . . far from it! Keyes' fascination with this distressed beauty draws him into an intricate web of double-talk and danger in this gripping and tensely plotted thriller."; Ex-Library; 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.
