• Their History and Practices • Their Profound Meanings • Their Relevance in Today’s World
The seven great feasts of the Lord paint vivid portraits of Jesus that can help you better understand who He is, how the feasts are fulfilled in Him, and what the future yet holds. In Seven, you’ll discover how these ancient feasts foreshadow the Messiah and God’s plan for believers today and tomorrow.
Beginning with Passover, this book reveals the hidden meanings in Israel’s colorful, ancient holy days. You’ll gain faith-enriching insights into
• The importance of Jesus’ last days on earth and His sacrifice as the Passover Lamb
• The role of the Holy Spirit in the Feast of Weeks
• The promise—and the warning—of the Feast of Trumpets
• God’s desire to dwell with His people in the Feast of Tabernacles
. . . and much more. “The Feasts of the Lord are a part of every believer’s heritage,” write the authors. Designed for both personal and group use, the insights, questions, and applications in this book will draw you closer to Jesus as you see Him dramatized feast by feast.

About the Author
Tricia has been a Bible teacher and speaker for over ten years in settings of all kinds and sizes, from moms’ groups and church Bible studies to retreats, conferences, and more. With an eye for the easily overlooked but important details in God’s Word, and with a passion for connecting the Old Testament to practical New Testament living, Tricia teaches today at Willow Creek Community Church. She received her BS in history from the University of Northern Iowa. Tricia and Mike, her husband of twenty years, live in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and are the parents of four children.
I love taking the discovery of Scripture to a deeper level and teaching others how to pray, speak the Word into their lives, and find God in the little things.—Tricia
Misty has served for more than ten years as a leader, teacher, and organizer in ministries across the United States. A speaker, author, and editor of Christian articles and books, she seeks to bring God’s Word alive in meaning and application for 21st-century believers. Misty also mentors leaders in the body of Christ, helping them cultivate their abilities and character. An outdoors enthusiast, Misty loves hiking and riding motorcycles with Tyler, her husband of ten years. She and Tyler live in Seattle, Washington, with their daughter.
My passion for serving God comes from a desire to tear down the walls of manmade traditions that keep us from God, and to build warriors for His kingdom.—Misty
