Paperback. The author has created a genre-blurring work that connects the dots in an utterly unique way. What begins as an autobiography morphs into an out-of-this-world adventure when Vern, a young man with dreams of becoming an aircraft pilot, joins a shadowy, top-secret organization that, on the surface, appears to offer everything he's after "excitement, travel, and best of all, the opportunity to fly. But Vern has enlisted in a program that's more than it seems! From the dangerous construction on Mars to the treacherous twists of interstellar battles, Vern will have to summon all of his courage, intelligence, and good, old-fashioned American grit to save not just his own skin but the entire human race. CAUTION; reading this book may result in a visit from Them! This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
