You've worked your whole life to build something worth protecting. Your home. Your savings. The things you want to leave to the people you love. The last thing you need is a court deciding how — or whether — any of it gets there.
A revocable living trust is the single most powerful tool available to protect your estate, avoid the cost and delay of probate, and make sure your wishes are carried out exactly as you intend. Setting Up a Living Trust for Seniors is the plain-English guide that walks you through every step — from your first decision to a fully funded, legally sound trust — in language that actually makes sense.
What You'll Learn Inside:
- The difference between a revocable and irrevocable trust — and which one most seniors actually need
- The truth about living trust myths that may be costing you time, money, and peace of mind

- How to handle digital assets, online accounts, and cryptocurrency in your estate plan
- Special planning for blended families, minor children, and dependents with disabilities
- How to incorporate charitable giving without complicating your plan
- Strategies to minimize family conflict and protect relationships when emotions run high
- How to keep your trust current as laws change and life changes around it
This isn't a generic legal overview recycled from a law school textbook. Every chapter is written for the reader who wants clear answers, not billable hours — the person who owns a home, has a bank account, and cares deeply about what happens to the people they leave behind.
