nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Eloquence is one of the qualities of a good lawyer, but it is not an absolute prerequisite for success. Thus, a good lawyer is not limited to the art of public speaking: they must also possess a solid grounding in procedural law. This book enables trainee lawyers practising in the courts to gain a better understanding of the workings of legal practice before the courts and tribunals under Congolese law. Even without having yet appeared before a court, trainee lawyers will be able to bring a case before a court, conduct their proceedings there, and even draft certain procedural documents correctly. This handbook is highly recommended for trainee lawyers, practising solicitors and even those aspiring to the judiciary, as it bridges the gap between theory and practice for those who have only theoretical knowledge.
