If you are planning on becoming a respectable leader in the near future, and want the maximum competence from your team, then this is the type of leadership you need to learn.
The truth is that effective leadership is all about putting the interests of others first and seeking their welfare and development. In turn, the others will do the same and deliver the best of their ability to fulfill what you assign for them. This is the philosophy and rationale behind servant leadership.Servant leadership is cultivated over time. You do not need to be in a leadership or management position to start working on the ethos. As a matter of fact, leadership attributes are best nurtured from an early, non-management stage. This gives you the time and the right perspective to hone the various attributes and build them into your character.Ask yourself this, if you were put in a management position today, what could you do differently to push your team to their full potential?See, leadership today both in big corporations and small businesses has left in its wake scores of employees feeling dissatisfied and underappreciated. This is because most leadership styles do not grow and nurture talent but rather focus on the top and bottom line.To change the equation, there needs to be a bottom-up approach where employee welfare, diversity, and empathy are prioritized, to create a loyal, cohesive and productive environment. The good news is that, you have an opportunity right before you to learn and train yourself on how to promote servant leadership in your current organization.Even if you are not there as yet, preparing yourself as a servant leader can set you up for opportunities in future and make you excel in whatever position you will find yourself in.
In ‘The Servant Leadership for Non-Managers’ you’ll discoverBONUS!
A quiz evaluating how much of a servant leader you are today in the book. And so much more packaged with your leadership ambitions in mind!Reading from page to page, chapter to chapter, you’ll discover that most of the tips and advice contained in this book go against the grain of conventional leadership wisdom.
However, the most amazing thing is that the concepts and practical examples in this book are applicable even in shaping your day to day life.
So, if you want your path to leadership redrawn and mindset fine-tuned to become that leader who moves not through people, but with people, click “add to cart” now!
