Please See All Photos. Vintage 1969 - Sergeant Harry Morren - Frontier Book No.21 In the short span of three and one half years, Harry Fuller Morren, of the Royal North West Mounted Police, was involved in more dramatic episodes than the average police officer encounters in forty years of service. In some instances he was obviously in the right place at the right time, but in the majority of experiences the drama was the direct result of good intelligence, keen powers of deduction and a sound knowledge of the resources of his community.
