Jarlath O Brien works for a multi-academy trust of special schools. Jarlath has worked in comprehensive and selective independent schools and in three different types of special school. He is a vice-chair of the Headteachers Roundtable, is the behaviour columnist for the TES and has organised and spoken at the SEND strand at The Telegraph Festival of Education. Jarlath also regularly speaks at conferences and trains teachers both in the UK and abroad on the topics of behaviour, leadership and SEND.
