Un tempo bloccato. Che virtualmente apre ad altri tempi possibili. Un tempo che continua a ripetersi, ogni volta nuovo, attingendo alla realtà vissuta, o a quegli infiniti mondi dell’Essere che portiamo dentro di noi.
Questo si trova a vivere Roberto, il protagonista di questo romanzo, quando si trova in una sorta di “loop”, che lo porta a rivivere molte volte il periodo del Natale, senza riuscire ad uscirne.
Un viaggio in diversi tempi, possibili ed impossibili. Un viaggio, soprattutto, dentro Roberto, dentro le sue emozioni, le sue aspirazioni, le scelte mancate, e le infinite possibilità che il divenire offre a tutti noi.
Un viaggio che è anche un’occasione: un’occasione per scoprire elementi di sé, paure, aspirazioni, desideri, che spesso erano del tutto inconsci, e che questo viaggio in un tempo chiuso, che però porta in sé il “ventaglio” di tutti i tempi possibili, mette davanti a Roberto.
Una storia che si dilata man mano: da momenti iniziali, più concentrati, quasi immediati, dove sostanzialmente si rivivono momenti già vissuti, senza che nulla, sostanzialmente, cambi, i vari episodi, che Roberto si troverà a vivere, saranno sempre più espansi, sempre più dilatati, sempre con “salti” temporali, che andranno anche a lambire un futuro possibile, sino ad un crescendo di situazioni, che porta ad una conclusione forse imprevedibile, ma sotto certi aspetti consequenziale con il resto della storia. Affermando che il confine tra sogno e realtà è sovente davvero labile, e che basta davvero poco per varcarlo, e far coincidere, e forse collidere, i due mondi.
Un viaggio che porta, che evidenzia situazioni diverse tra di loro. Situazioni nelle quali Roberto si “specchierà”, dovendole affrontare sino in fondo, comprendendole, per quelle che davvero sono. Forse, una delle situazioni che maggiormente potrebbe “toccare” chi legge, è quella in cui Roberto si troverà in un mondo nel quale è richiesta una tessera per tutto: una tessera che può essere “revocata” in ogni momento, per motivi anche futili, irrilevanti. Qui Roberto scoprirà, però, che proprio queste situazioni disperate possono fare nascere le cose più belle. E questo sarà il caso di quel Mondo.
Tutta la vicenda è poi anche un’occasione per parlare di altri temi, quali argomenti legati alla Fisica e alla Psicologia: quest’ultima sempre più amata dai Matematici e dai Fisici, per i quali il concetto di “mente non locale” è ormai cosa acquisita, e per i quali, quindi, il concetto di inconscio viene quasi a fondersi con quello di “Mondi paralleli” e di “Vite non vissute”.
Le situazioni che si avvicendano, e che segnano forse (o sicuramente!) passaggi verso una sempre maggior consapevolezza di sé, portano poi, come dicevo, all’imprevedibile, forse all’incredibile: tuttavia, cosa c’è di più incredibile di quello che la realtà stessa ci pone davanti? Credo davvero che i limiti a ciò che è credibile e possibile siamo solo noi stessi, che, credendo a qualcosa, semplicemente permettiamo a quella cosa di manifestarsi.
In fondo, però, lo scopo di questo viaggio è anche affermare che le cose hanno senso proprio per la loro capacità di evolversi. E che nulla può manifestarsi se prima qualcosa di diverso non gli lascia il posto. E questo significa che il bello della vita è proprio il cambiamento, l’alternanza di eventi, di situazioni e anche di fasi della vita stessa: tutto questo porta quel dinamismo che rende la vita davvero speciale.
Spero che possiate leggere con piacere il mio romanzo. E che, almeno in alcuni momenti, possiate rispecchiarvi nella vita di Roberto, e sentirla, almeno un po’, come la vostra vita.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to GreatBookPrices, Bensenville, Illinois, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
