folio. vi., 469 pp., title pages dated 1814 & 1815 (plate. Christ Raising Lazarus dated at 1820) wanting frontis, 15 engr. plates.browned foredges. Missing front free endpaper, front pastedown browned with remnants of wax seals. internally good plus, some light browning, occasional small closed tears not affecting text. pp417 tear across lower corner repaired with acid free tape strips. Plates lightly browned with marginal foxing. final leaf torn without loss affecting only the binders instructions, good plus in contemporary calf with gilt decoration, black morocco gilt label to spine. both boards rubbed and worn, hinges cracked, upper board attached by only 1 cord, lower board by 3 cords. top and tail of spine missing, gilt dulled, fair.
