nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - ''Selections From The Less Known Latin Poets'' is a collection of poems compiled by two editors, Pinder and North. The book features a selection of poems from lesser-known Latin poets, offering readers a glimpse into the diversity and richness of Latin poetry beyond the works of well-known poets such as Virgil and Ovid. The poems are presented in their original Latin language, with English translations provided alongside. The book is organized thematically, with sections devoted to themes such as love, nature, and mythology. The introduction provides a brief overview of the history of Latin poetry and its influence on Western literature. This book is a valuable resource for scholars and students of Latin literature, as well as for anyone interested in exploring the lesser-known works of Latin poets. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
