Item description from seller

Single teardsheet, reprinted fromProgrssive Farmer Magazine. Toning along edges, some small tears at folds, and a couple of stray pencil marks. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 1 pages; This is an editorial from the Progressive Farmer, asking for restraint and a Christian spirit in dealing with the issue of segregation in the South (ca. 1955). The editorial calls for reason but staunchly opposes segregation. A second editorial on the same page hopes that 1955 will be good for both races.
