Follow along with one man's fight at attempting to cope and trying to quantify his mental health struggles through the art of poetry. This book hopes to give you a new tool to deal with your own struggles by candidly sharing the author's history and how writing can change and evolve. From our darkest lows to finally seeking and going through treatment this book serves as an example that great things can be distilled from our trauma. That no matter how dark the clouds get we all can one day See The Sky.
