Add to basketLong considered the "Bible" in the world of investing, orig. published in 1934 in the midst of the Great Depression, eventually going through 5 editions. Per Wiki, it "laid the intellectual foundation for what would later be called value investing" & coining the term "margin of safety." This is the Third Edition from 1951, in 770 pages with Index & a new Preface by the authors (along with the original Preface to the First Edition), in which they purport that this edition "is more a rewriting than a revision" of their previous work. With deep green cloth-covered boards & silver lettering to front & spine, it is in VG condition: very clean, binding strong & straight, very mild page tanning & minor rubbing to extremities. Corners nicked with a spot of cloth loss. Light soil. Some neat underlining in pen in Part I only (through pg. 83). A handsome copy! Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same day shipping on all orders received by 2 pm Weekdays (Pacific time); later orders, Weekends & holidays ship very next business day.
