Emmy Bardot is going rather well. She's feeling all the Darling Island feels and doing all the things. Life really is quite good. As she settles down into The Old Ticket Office with her son Callum, she begins to thrive; in the pace of island life, in her small business and in her new relationship. Moving to Darling Island was one of her better ideas, and as Darling works its magic, she is absolutely loving her new start in so many parts of her existence.
Life, though, decides it might like to throw a little curveball Emmy's way just to, you know, spice things up a bit. When one day on a train Emmy sees something she wasn't expecting, her world is tipped upside down. When it lands back on the ground lets just say it's not that pretty...
As Emmy navigates what in the world she is going to do, we watch on from the sidelines and wonder what secrets she is going to keep.
