In this First Class Report now submitted to you is includ ed in so far as has been possible an accurate and detailed ao count oi the Class during its four years of College. It is hoped that this report will help to recall to its readers the good old days in Cambridge when 1921 ran Harvard.
On behalf of the Class I wish to take this opportunity to voice our appreciation of all those who helped to make our graduation last J une such a success. First, President Lowell for his inspiring Baccalaureate Sermon - and may I say here we thank him even more for the solicitude and kindness which he has ever shown to our Class; if. Not actually a class-mate he is at least a Twenty-oner in spirit.
The Class Day Committee, the heads of the Senior, Phillips Brooks House, Beck and other big spreads, the Marshals, the Odist, the Poet, the Chorister, the Tree Orator, who should have been hung from the very tree under which he spoke, the Ivy Orator with his bubbling wit, the baseball team, the kind ly weather man, the Cambridge Police Force, the Bootleggers Union - one and all they deserve and they have our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for putting on such a good show last June.
Terry, the omniscient and omnipotent, who has in the past stuck by us all through thick and thin, still sticks by us. Our thanks are due him for his painstaking work on this report.
