This is a book that acknowledges the need for proper nutrition and appropriate health care – then goes beyond it! With the advent of the internet a lot more information is becoming available. One may have to do a little sifting sometimes, but generally speaking we are sharing truths much more freely than ever before. So rather than pushing a ‘pill’ (which has become the norm for many) or seeking medication that doesn’t actually address the causal issue but keeps us buying that pill, we are now finding ways to help our self, and to take back control and authority (and with it, autonomy) of our lives again!

Myra Sri was born in England and moved to Australia in her twenties. Eventually moving out of her unsupportive marriage and leaving behind a naivety in religious faith she embarked on the reconstruction of her life and the discovery of her true identity. As a sensitive person, she maintained a spiritual leaning. Moving out of corporate and mainstream business and clinics, she was further inspired on her own self development. Discovering personal skills in the healing professions, she undertook extensive training and study in energy healing and kinesiology. Qualifying as an instructor in several modalities, she subsequently discovered where there was a lack of teaching and understanding and set upon research and discovery, resulting in her own unique advanced workshops which have been taught around Australia since the early 1990’s. These continuing experiences led her to develop her own innate skills and supported her in re-membering her healing skills and psychic abilities. Running her own private practice since the late 80’s, Myra remains an avid explorer and student of evolving ways to heal and support the soul and spirit. She wrote her first book in 2006. Regular trips to the UK concerned family issues until both her parents died and after further teaching and training in England and Germany Myra returned to Australia being freshly inspired to document and write about her learnings, discoveries and insights, including the current energy shifts since the turn of the millennium affecting essential oils and crystal energies as well as the emergence of the new evolved Chakras. She embarked on the Energy Healing Secrets Series in 2012 which fulfils part of her role as a Transformation Agent. The Energy Healing Secrets Series is presented to assist in self help, self healing and spiritual mastery. With the advent of the new evolved Chakra systems, she has written and developed the New Evolved Chakras Workshop series which includes the new Earthing Chakras, the Psychic Body Chakras and the Signal-Survival Chakras. The discovery of these extraordinary Chakras have been confirmed by many other spiritual teachers and psychics to be instrumental in everybody’s healing process and the book on these Chakras is soon to be published.
