About the Author:
Catherine Salmon, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Redlands in California. Her award-winning research has been featured in Time, The Washington Post, The National Post, and The Philadelphia Inquirer and in documentaries for the Science Channel and Oxygen.
Katrin Schumann is an author, freelance editor and teacher. Co-author of Mothers Need Time-Outs, Too, she appeared on NBC's "Today" as well as in Women's Day and The Daily Telegraph.
