-Did you know that when muscles are short and tight they draw your bones closer together?
-This tightness draws the body out of alignment causing poor posture, poor range of movement, poor functionality leading to stiffness, pain, sciatica and/or bulging discs.
-The Secret Back Pain Cure Book details a pure flexibility program that highlights the fact that short tight muscles could be causing your back, neck and shoulder pain.
-Each area of the body is targeted with muscle diagrams and physiological, easy to understand, explanations by Postural Alignment Specialist Cheryl Alker.
-Cheryl has worked in the health and well being industry for over 30 years and has specialized in postural alignment issues for the past 20 years.
-Secret Back Pain Cure was founded as result of her own lower/sciatic back pain issues.
-Cheryl wanted a program that would provide her with a proactive approach to managing her pain. Utilizing her extensive anatomy and physiology background she developed a program that she could do at home that would produce results.
-This Book now provides you with the same freedom that she gained and she, along with literally thousands of others is living proof that this program could potentially change your life.
-The program is clear and easy to follow giving you an effective at home program that puts you back in control of your back pain.
-You will gain in depth knowledge on which muscle, if short and tight, will be causing what type of pain, whether it be lower or upper back, neck and shoulder or sciatic pain.
-The program is ideal for anyone who wants to take a proactive approach to alleviating their back pain.
-Suitable for all levels of fitness, from novice to advanced.
-The book offers various programs for you to follow or you can just target the areas that are causing your pain. The program is also available on DVD and can be found on Amazon under Secret Back Pain Cure DVD.
