Paperback. Imagine a playground designed for 14 inspired writers whose combined life experience is pushing 1000 years. Give 'em a cast which includes an aging burlesque dancer, a hard-hearted carny boss, and a fortune teller with flame red hair. Stick it all in the 1950s. Those were the limits for the "wrinkled writers" who took the challenge. What they wrote is nothing short of amazing. This collection features stories that resonate with laughter and tragedy, optimism and pathos, fantasy and reminiscence. All writers are participants in the Enrichment of Life Movement, a learning organization for seniors located in Marietta, Georgia. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
