Hardcover. A heartwarming story about discovering courage in the face of fear. Meet Sebastian, a brave young boy, and his loyal dog, Nico. Together, they navigate the ups and downs of childhood, from the first day at a new school to learning how to ride a bike and even facing a dreaded doctor's appointment. But every step of the way, Sebastian feels the "Scareds" creeping in-those nervous feelings that make him want to run and hide. With the help of his friends, his teacher, and Nico by his side, Sebastian learns that everyone feels scared sometimes, and that's okay. It's what you do next that matters. By holding tight to his "Braves," Sebastian discovers the true meaning of bravery: facing your fears and moving forward, even when you're scared. Bold, uplifting, and full of heart, Sebastian the Brave is the perfect picture book for helping children understand their feelings, build confidence, and embrace the adventures that life brings. The Big Feelings Book series introduces young readers to important emotional intelligence themes-such as facing fears, adapting to change, and developing resilience. These stories offer a comforting way to start discussions about emotions, self-esteem, and the value of friendship and support, helping children build a strong foundation for emotional well-being.
