Bus stop

Captured by her lips Paralyzed by her innocents Standing in the aftermath of rain drops Waiting as the clouds drift westward at the bus stop Beauty was the tattoo she chose to wear on her face Her spirit mingled with the wind and not with me Standing in her presence was like being shock to me A work of raw pleasure painted with acrylics Across life's canvas of immortality She was a drug being pushed by God himself Distorting realities and making love to many dreams Snatching spirits from many beings Locking them with a kiss And just before they would fall to the ground She would accurately provide us with balance Messenger of passion from a time yet to come A glance to my soul through my windows I wanted to tell her how beautiful she was but I froze Together we sit apart from each other But in the heart of each other we have yet to meet But her spirit calls to me As she laugh in conversation With her home-girls standing across the street
