A life can work and still no longer feel fully yours.
You may be holding down a job, carrying responsibility and living alongside people you care about. There may be much to value. Yet achievement, usefulness and recognition never quite create the fulfilment you expected.
The Sean Method begins there.
Sean Hegarty writes from lived experience of appearing capable while struggling privately, and from the professional support and later reflection that changed how he understood agency, responsibility and help.
Through PRIME-ACT®, he offers a practical way to pause, notice what is really happening and work with actual examples rather than forcing your experience into a tidy label. You will learn how to identify what deserves attention, map a responsible next step, try something real and adjust without treating change as failure.
This is not a promise of reinvention or a demand to abandon a life that still contains good things.
It is an invitation to become more present in the life you already have—and more deliberate about what happens next.
