Moderate wear, name inside; pages yellowed; a good sound binding. The jacket is chipped and torn along the edges; worn along the folds; price unclipped on front flap. "When Tom Swayne was told that his father had been captured by the notorious pirate, Long-twelve Porton, who was holding him for ransom, Porton's troubles began. In his Chesapeake Bay schooner, the Sea Scorpion. Tom set sail to track the most notorious pirate of the Gulf. Through sea fights and land fights he battled his way. War with France and the slave revolt in Haiti complicated matters. Then came the raid on El Cubil, the lair, where Long Twelve Porton had cached his stolen treasure and kept his prisoners. And the final sea fight when Porton paid his debt to the gods." Illustrator: . Quantity Available: 1. Category: Fiction; Inventory No: 146928.
