Paperback. Think science and spirituality aren't compatible? Think again! In this evidence-based book, Dr. Andrew shows how science has recognized the potent effects of spirituality on our physical, mental, and social well-being. Dr. Andrew begins by defining spirituality and breaking down a pathway to spiritual well-being (also known as positive psychology), using principles from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
