This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -In the book the proceedings of the Bremen Workshop on LightScattering are printed. The meeting was held at Institut fürWerkstofftechnik, Bremen on March 2 + 3, 2015. The book is acompilation of papers presented at the workshop. The papers demonstratethe wide interdisciplinary nature of the interest in light scatteringby particles and particle aggregates. The problems investigated illustratethe present-day research topics in various fields, coveringaspects like soot aggregates, mineral dust, near-field enhancement, plasmonicstructures and erythrocytes. Different theoretical approaches areconsidered to simulate light scattering such as Rayleigh-Debye-Gans Theory, Discrete Sources Method, Discrete Dipole Approximation, and Volume Integral Equation Method. 124 pp. Englisch.
