On the serene shores of the Kerkennah Islands, where the salt of the sea mingles with the secrets of ancient olive trees, life is far more than the simple passage of days-it is a silent struggle between dreams and destiny. In "Scarafaggi: Outlawed Destiny," author Razi Dhouiib weaves a gripping narrative that begins with an innocent fishing excursion by three friends, only for them to be thrust into a reality that defies belief. Their fates become irrevocably entangled with mysterious entities, international syndicates, and a perilous journey across the sea on "boats of dreams."
This novel is not merely an account of irregular migration; it is an autopsy of the human soul when the world becomes too narrow to inhabit. It is a journey into the dark corridors of human psyche, where circumstances force individuals to confront monsters-some hiding in the wild, others wearing impeccably tailored suits in the luxury hotels of Rome.
From the chilling silence of migrants swallowed by the sea to the cold, frantic noise of European cities, you will find yourself suspended between a desperate need to uncover the "truth" and a paralyzing fear of what that truth might reveal. Is it mere coincidence to find yourself at the heart of an international conspiracy when all you sought was a dignified life? And how can a fragile thread of "hope" transform into either a lifeline or a noose?
"Scarafaggi: Outlawed Destiny" is an invitation to dive into a world that can only be seen with the "third eye"-a place where reality blurs with imagination, and blood mixes with salt. Do not read this novel if you are looking for easy answers; read it only if you are ready to discover the true cost of freedom.
