Neuware - We tend to reject, partly or entirely, whatever is currently in our lives. We want something better, something new, something different. But that is exactly what pulls us away from the here and now - and keeps us living in constant hope.Yet that moment never comes, unless we say an unconditional YES to what is right now. This book is meant to help you change that habit. It has no chapters in the usual sense - just one word, appearing again and again: YES.Accompanied by carefully chosen quotes from great thinkers - Buddha, Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Meister Eckhart, Arthur Schopenhauer, Goethe, and others - offering insight into stillness, the power of the present, and much more.A book to pause with - for every moment. Take the break, and say YES to what is in your life right now.
