About the Author: ERIC C. REDMOND is Assistant Professor of Bible at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL. He also serves as Associate Pastor of Adult Ministries at Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park, IL. Formerly he served as Senior Pastor of Reformation Alive Baptist Church, Temple Hills, MD; Assistant Professor of Bible and Theology at Washington Bible College, Lanham, MD; and on the board of The Gospel Coalition. Eric is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, and a PhD Candidate at Capital Seminary and Graduate School. He and his wife Pam have been happily married since July 1991. They have five children -- Charis, Chloe, Candace, Calvin, and Codell -- and they reside in Brookfield, IL.
