Indulge your inner gossip with this inside look into the unguarded lives of everyday people
Have you ever wondered what people are really like behind closed doors?
We all have a strange fascination about our neighbors that we like to share and gossip about.
Like the seemingly perfect couple down the street who probably have some kinky tastes.
Or the quiet old bachelor on the fifth floor who you swear is secretly a former Soviet spy.
Oftentimes, we have no way of knowing who these people really are, but sometimes, somebody gets an opportunity to peek behind the curtain...
Technicians, delivery guys, cleaners and similar in-home service workers are regularly welcomed into people's homes...and then left on their own, free to snoop and observe.
People can reveal their true selves when they think no one's watching, or in this case, forget that someone's watching!
This results in some absurd but entertaining tales that give us a deeper insight into who people really are.
Luckily for you, one cable guy has decided to compile his experiences from a decades-long career into this amusing and intriguing memoir.
In I Saw a Porn that Started that Way, you will find:
22 unbelievable true-to-life stories that will leave your mouth hanging open and your mind blown
The crazy comments from nutty clients that will have you rolling your eyes with disgust
Tantalizing revelations guaranteed to leave you hot and bothered...and wanting more
The curious case of the customer with an unexpected collection, which had the cable guy running out of his house
Awkward encounters that will make you so grateful you're not a cable guy
A riveting recollection about the ominous day he came face to face with the Russian mafia, and lived to tell the tale
Hilarious anecdotes about the weirdos, perverts and hoarders one encounters on a typical workday
And much more.
This is not your usual inspirational memoir. It is so much better. This is a collection of stories you never thought you needed to know.
Satisfy your curiosity about those people you only get to watch from afar. Imagine being a fly on the wall during these ludicrous situations. See the hidden world of other people's homes through the eyes of one observant cable guy.
And maybe next time, you'll be more mindful of your actions and surroundings when you let someone into your home.
