"Good Yarns Insure Good Finished Work". A sample book of rug and knitting yarns produced by Delaine Manufacturing Co. of Philadelphia, with approx. one hundred (100) short lengths of yarn in a wide variety of colors. Rayon and wool are the two represented materials. Each grouping of samples are fastened with staples next to descriptions, with include their name (e.g. "Pompadour" or "Boucle"), price, yardage per skein, and ideal projects for each, ranging from sweaters to rugs. Bifolium (7.25" by 5"). Accompanied by printed order blank (9" by 6") and original stamped, addressed, and postmarked envelope (5" by 7.5"). Good to good. Toned. A couple unobtrusive nicks/tears in lower leaf. Yarn samples in very good, bright condition. Upper right-hand corner of upper leaf torn. Envelope worn with a couple short tears.
