How to Escape the Sales Grind and Build a Business That Finally Works for You
Picture this in your mind: You’re jumping from sales calls to client work, barely catching your breath. If you focus on selling, client fulfilment takes a backseat. But when you dedicate time to your clients, new revenue dries up—leaving you stuck in an exhausting feast-or-famine cycle. Meanwhile, the thought of sales feels like a necessary evil, something you tolerate but secretly wish you could escape. Sound familiar?
You are not alone. In today’s fast-paced world, Coaches, Consultants, and Service-Based Business owners are spinning too many plates. You’re expected to be a visionary, a leader, a creator—and also a top-notch salesperson. But there are only so many hours in the day, and trying to do it all isn’t just overwhelming—it’s unsustainable.
The constant juggling act leads to sleepless nights worrying about cash flow. You feel trapped in your business, unable to grow because no one can sell quite like you. And when you do try to delegate, it feels like your brand’s voice gets lost, leaving you questioning if anyone can do it right.
This book is your way out. Inside, you’ll discover:
- The Sales Freedom Formula: A proven system for delegating sales while increasing revenue and maintaining your brand’s unique voice.
- The Outsourcing Blueprint: A step-by-step guide to finding and working with the right sales agency, so you can trust the job is done right the first time.
- Freedom to Scale: How to build a sales machine that grows your business smartly—without you glued to the phone or stuck in the grind.
If you’ve ever dreamed of escaping the sales hamster wheel and finally focusing on the parts of your business you love, this is the answer you’ve been waiting for. Start reading now—freedom is closer than you think.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
