Ahmed J. Obaid is a Asst. Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Kufa, Iraq. His main line of research is Web mining Techniques and Applications, Image processing in Web Platforms, Image processing, Genetic Algorithm, information theory, and Medical Health Applications. Dr. Muthmainnah Muthmainnah is a distinguished senior lecturer at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar, located in West Sulawesi, Indonesia. Dr. Muhammad Mujtaba Asad is serving as an Assistant Professor and Lead Researcher of Educational Technologies and TVET Research Group at Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan. Dr Mujtaba has national and international working experience of more than 12 years at industrial and educational sector in the domain of Educational Technologies, Work & Product-Based Education and Technical and Vocational Education. Dr. Mujtaba has published more than Seventy (70) research articles (WoS & Scopus Indexed) in reputed international journals and conferences worldwide. Also, three books related to the observational skills of competent educators and Innovative educational technologies under the CS and Taylor Frances publishing house is in his publication credit. Luís Miguel Cardoso holds a PhD in Modern Languages and Literatures, in the speciality of Comparative Literature from the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He was Dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, Portugal, between 2010 and 2018 and Deputy Director of the Master in Media and Society. He was President of ARIPESE, Association of Reflection and Intervention in the Educational Policy of Higher Education Schools in Portugal (2015 – 2018) and Coordinator of the Communication Bureau of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre (2013 – 2017). Adjunct Professor at the Department of Language and Communication Sciences at the School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, Portugal, he has been a professor of Higher Education since 1995 and is currently a researcher at the Centre for Comparative Studies at the University of Lisbon.
