300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Manual: Advanced Hatha, Tantric Kundalini & The Total Engagement Concept
Take your yoga teaching and personal practice to new depths with this advanced 300-hour training manual. Blending classical wisdom with modern teaching methods, this guide integrates the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Tantric Kundalini teachings into a transformative journey of asana, pranayama, meditation, and sequencing.
Designed for teachers who have completed a 200-hour foundation, this training explores advanced postures, chakra cleansing techniques, and meditation practices that bring a new dimension of awareness into every movement. With Safe Yoga School’s Total Engagement Concept (T.E.C.), each posture becomes more than a shape—it becomes a complete activation of body, mind, energy, and spirit.
Inside this manual you will discover:
-
Advanced asana and sequencing methods to refine your teaching
-
Chakra-focused breathwork and meditations woven into key postures
-
Tantric Kundalini practices for deeper awareness and transformation
-
The T.E.C. Method to “activate” postures with full engagement
-
Safety-first tools for guiding students through advanced practice
Unlike many generic training guides, this manual doesn’t just give you lists of poses and scripts. Instead, it shows you how to think, teach, and embody yoga as a living practice. You’ll learn how to structure classes that flow intelligently, adapt advanced techniques for different student levels, and incorporate meditation and energetic alignment into every session. This is where sequencing evolves into artistry and teaching becomes a transmission, not just instruction.
The Tantric Kundalini material is presented in a grounded and accessible way — focusing on practices that clear the chakras, strengthen the nervous system, and invite deeper states of meditation without bypassing safety. The Hatha Yoga Pradipika is explored not as a dusty relic but as a living manual of yogic wisdom, reinterpreted through modern anatomy and Safe Yoga School’s safety-first lens. Together, these traditions create a framework where posture, breath, and energy merge into an authentic advanced practice.
A defining feature of this training is the Total Engagement Concept (T.E.C.), developed through years of teaching and refinement. This unique method teaches you how to bring your full presence into every posture — mentally, physically, energetically, and spiritually. By learning to “activate” postures from the inside out, you’ll transform not only your practice but the way you guide others.
Whether your goal is to expand your professional teaching career, go deeper into your own practice, or integrate more meditation and breathwork into your classes, this manual will meet you where you are and help you grow.
And to ensure that you are never left alone with the material, every purchase of this manual comes with a complimentary one-hour private consultation with author Troy Cox. Simply email him with your proof of purchase, and you’ll be able to ask questions, clarify techniques, or receive personal guidance on how to apply the teachings in your practice or classroom. This one-on-one support sets this manual apart from anything else on the market.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
