PAYMENT: Check, money order, or Credit Card. Texas residents add 7.25% sales
tax. E-mail orders advisable; will hold for one week. For CREDIT CARD orders,

Shipping Terms
SHIPPING: $4.00 for first book; $2.00 for each additional (USPS Media Mail--4-12 days average delivery time); priority mail $7.00 for first book; $3.50 for each additional (2-4 days average delivery time).Inquire for international.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
