JB Glossinger, Hay House UK Ltd. Motivational speaker and consultant JB Glossinger thought he had found what he was looking for once he achieved a golden level of corporate success and financial freedom. But even as he relished having conquered the corporate ladder, he felt a strong pull to seek something more. He created the Sacred Six process - a simple and achievable action plan - with the help of which he was able to actualize his dream life: a three-hour workday with a fulfilling and thriving career, and an abundance of time for his passions of family, golf and writing. JB shares his process in this book, so that you too can realize your inner purpose. Follow the four main ingredients of the Sacred Six process: - Alignment: Unite your mission, values and goals to clearly see the path towards your dreams. - Mission: Understand your purpose and what is driving you at the moment. - Values: Know what is important to you in work, personal life and leisure. - Goals: Set exciting, achievable targets and celebrate ?your successes. Grounded in years of coaching groups, companies and individuals, JB's Sacred Six process is adaptable to each person's core principles, 'keystone' positive habits and unique goals. More than a simple self-help programme, the Sacred Six is an invaluable tool for focusing on your purpose, embracing your journey and making visible progress. …
