Spines of books and dustwrappers slightly bumped else a fine set. Contained in green slipcase which has some slight surface paper damage to lower edge. Packaged with care and promptly dispatched! Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 6 volume set in slipcase. Secret Water, Coot Club, Great Northern?, Winter Holiday, The Big Six and Missee Lee. 8vos, in pictorial dust jackets. Green slipcase with titles to front board in very good condition with a little rubbing to title label and edges. All volumes dust jackets in very good+ condition with a little rubbing to top & tail of spines. All green cloth bindings in very good+ condition with a little shelf wear to top & tail of spine. Inside all volumes, illustrationed by Ransome, in excellent fine and unread condition. Lovely copies of this set inspired by the summer of 1928 spent by Ransome teaching the children of his friends.
