A Tale of Shadows, Bonds, and Forbidden Magick
In a land shadowed by stolen magick and ancient curses, Maley, a slave of a brutal religious Order and a fallen soul from beyond the stars, has escaped to the swamps beneath the Lonely Mountain with Bird, her loyal yet possessed raven, as a companion. Their journey is marked by laughter in the darkest places, hardships and unwavering loyalty, even as sinister runes, elf princes, evil demons and chilling long-held secrets threaten to tear our two heroes apart. When Maley's path entwines with Tomlin, a farm hand by day, yet leader of the elf rebellion come dusk, whose intentions are as conflicted as the land itself, sparks fly between them, first in anger, then in something far more dangerous. Together, these unlikely allies must navigate treacherous landscapes, old grudges, and the haunting promise of redemption, all while discovering how the deepest bonds are forged in adversity.
A dark fairy tale of cursed lands, a legend reborn, and the unbreakable bond between a girl and her possessed raven. When Maley’s loyalty to Bird is tested by her tumultuous partnership with Tomlin, will she risk everything to free fae magick, knowing only she can shatter the darkness? Step into a world where trust is earned, hearts are tested, and the line between foe and friend is never as simple as it seems.
