Small sunned area at foot of spine, slight spotting of fore edge and some browning of fly leaves; otherwise a very good copy. Decorative border to title. First English edition of the author's second novel, published in French in 1956, following the success of her Bonjour Tristesse of 1954. Françoise Sagan was the pseudonym of Françoise Quoirez (1935-2004), French novelist, playwright and screenwriter.
