Attia shares the hard-earned operating principles that guided more than four decades of building businesses across logistics, health technology, security, manufacturing, media, and international trade. This is not a theoretical business book built from conference jargon or recycled motivational advice. It is a field-tested framework forged through real crises, operational failures, high-stakes negotiations, global expansion, and relentless execution. From volcanic ash clouds shutting down Europe's airspace to navigating complex international logistics under extreme pressure, Dr. Attia reveals how disciplined systems, uncompromising vision, operational clarity, and leadership psychology can transform chaos into competitive advantage. The SMA Code(c) introduces practical frameworks for scaling businesses, strengthening culture, improving execution, building resilient teams, futureproofing operations, mastering sales psychology, and creating organisations capable of surviving uncertainty. At the heart of the book lies the concept of the 'Untouchable Polaris' a clear, unwavering vision that guides every decision, system, hire, and strategic move. Through powerful business stories, operational insights, leadership principles, and scalable methodologies, Dr. Attia demonstrates how great companies are not built on inspiration alone, but on repeatable systems that continue performing under pressure.Blending entrepreneurship, systems thinking, behavioural psychology, leadership, technology, crisis management, sales strategy, and global operations, The SMA Code(c) offers readers a practical blueprint for building businesses that are resilient, intelligent, scalable, and enduring. This book is written for entrepreneurs, founders, executives, operators, and leaders who understand that modern business is no longer about comfort. It is about preparation, adaptability, execution, and clarity when conditions become unpredictable. The SMA Code(c) is more than a business philosophy. It is a leadership operating system for navigating complexity in the modern world.
