No old inscriptions or other internal markings. An excellent copy and not commonly found with the jacket at all let alone in such clean and complete state. The author wrote six of these guides for household servants in the "Simple Directions" series, namely for the cook, waitress or parlour maid, butler, chambermaid, laundress, and children's nurse.
