Ancora aldina sul titolo ed in fine, spazi con lettera-guida per le iniziali. Precedono la dedica di Francesco Asolano al cardinale Innocenzo Cibo e la Vita dell'autore scritta da Pietro Crinito.� 210 carte numerate, colophon e ancora aldina in fine. Prima ed unica edizione aldina, considerata anche la prima edizione completa di quest'opera in quanto contiene 84 versi, pochi anni prima scoperti in Francia, inseriti dopo il verso 140 del libro VIII e conservati in tutte le edizioni posteriori, bench� di dubbia appartenenza a Silio. "Punica" � il noto poema epico latino in 17 libri sulle vicende della Seconda Guerra Punica, composto da Silio Italico (25-101d.C.), letterato ed uomo politico, console nel 58 e proconsole dell'Asia 10 anni dopo. Lieve brunitura e cancellatura della data, per il resto bellissimo esemplare.� �.
