About the Author
When she returned to work in a hospital setting as an occupational health nurse in 2006 she was not prepared for the stressors that staff needed help with. Not having the tools in her own toolbox to support the staff, she returned to school to become a Registered Psychotherapist, graduating in 2012 from Transformational Arts College in Toronto. She now counsels the staff of a large community hospital as well as having private practices in Milton, Georgetown and Guelph, Ontario.
She shares her own story of how she shifted her own stress in order to find ways to support others by offering easy to learn, evidence-based tools for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and loss.
